Department Summary:
The HR Risk and Operational Excellence team is dedicated to enhancing the service delivery and operational efficiency of the HR function through continuous improvement initiatives and robust risk management practices. The team is responsible for the Continuous Improvement, Risk Management and HR Data Governance frameworks to support HR Leadership making informed decision.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a resilient, forward-thinking, transformational and dynamic Senior Manager, HR Risk & Operational Excellence to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering HR operational strategy, improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include planning and executing process improvement projects, developing of HR policies and procedures, ensuring HR data integrity and analyzing HR risks and monitoring risk indicators.
