We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented GTM Enablement Manager to lead a high-performing team and empower our go-to-market (GTM) teams to achieve peak performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning enablement efforts with broader business goals by leveraging data and insights to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to translate performance metrics into actionable programs will ensure that enablement is not just reactive, but a proactive force in accelerating revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll lead a data-driven enablement function, owning performance analytics and reporting that guide strategic decision-making. You’ll identify trends, uncover gaps, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design strategic initiatives that improve GTM productivity, shorten ramp time, and increase win rates. With a strong foundation in modern sales methodologies, you’ll ensure that every program reinforces consistent, high-impact behaviors.
