As a key member of the Enterprise Risk team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the Global Governance and Global Risk Management teams, as well as business lines across the Bank’s international footprint. This role belongs, supports and works closely with all the members of the Global Governance team, and interacts frequently with Global Risk Management team members, business lines across the Bank’s footprint, and any other stakeholders as required.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Drive Risk Appetite Strategy: Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank’s risk appetite framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory expectations.
  • Monitor and Analyze Risk: Track key risk indicators (KRIs), early warning thresholds (EWTs), and risk limits—ensuring timely escalation and reporting of deviations.
  • Collaborate Across the Bank: Partner with stakeholders across business lines and functions to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.
  • Support Governance and Decision-Making: Prepare insightful materials for risk governance forums and provide guidance on risk appetite adherence.
  • Enhance Risk Culture: Promote awareness of the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Maintain Process Excellence: Keep documentation up to date and support continuous improvement of risk processes.
