You will partner across the three lines of defense and enterprise functions to build a world-class governance and control ecosystem that strengthens risk culture and delivers legendary colleague and customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Priority Management Lead the development of G&C’s annual and multi-year strategic plan, grounded in enterprise priorities and the organization’s transformation agenda. Build and manage a clear operating rhythm, including fiscal planning, quarterly business reviews, performance monitoring, and strategy refresh cycles. Translate strategic pillars (Deeper Relationships, Simple & Faster, Disciplined Execution) into actionable roadmaps, boulders, and measurable outcomes. Partner with Finance and Workforce Strategy to support FTE planning, cost discipline, and investment prioritization.

Deliver executive-ready dashboards, insights, and narratives that support informed decision-making by VP, SVP, and executive committees. Strengthen performance discipline through coaching, clarity of targets, and transparent tracking.

Automation, AI & Technology Enablement Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of automation and AI use cases that scale oversight, modernize control environments, and reduce manual effort. Oversee development of control automation, call-monitoring AI, continuous monitoring dashboards, and eGRC platform integrations. Partner with internal technology teams to drive innovation and ensure safe, responsible AI adoption. Build business cases that articulate ROI, risk reduction, and colleague experience uplift.

Reporting, Insights & Executive Communications Lead G&C’s reporting ecosystem, transforming it into an insight-driven model that elevates risk signals and drives proactive decision-making. Modernize reporting through automation, data visualization, and Power BI, reducing manual effort and increasing consistency, speed, and accuracy. Deliver executive-ready materials including operational insights, risk narratives, performance scorecards, audit/regulatory updates, and quarterly results packages. Improve reporting quality by prioritizing simplicity, clarity, and actionable insights. Support the VP and senior leadership team with strategic presentations, town halls, LT materials, and enterprise steering committee submissions.
