Tangerine, Canada's leading digital bank, is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive sponsorship programs with NBA and the Toronto Raptors. You will shape plans, measure impact, and partner with Finance to stay on budget while advancing a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in brand marketing, partnerships, and related field.
• Strong understanding of cultural, sports, and entertainment landscapes in Canada/International.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• AI fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Leads and oversees Sponsorship Marketing (Tangerine) in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in execute in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will be:

• Lead indirect cross-functional team in driving brand and business results for Tangerine through portfolio of sponsorship partners (NBA and Toronto Raptors), with awareness of cultural landscape and industry best practices.


• Develop short and long-term plans with responsibilities ranging from concept development to execution and measurement with internal and external partners.


• Assists in the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting process; ensuring all initiatives are within budget and scope, in close collaboration with Finance team.


• Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.


• Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity and respect.
