AGF Management Limited, headquartered in Toronto, is seeking a Tax/Accounting professional for its Fund Oversight team. The role covers tax reporting, review of distributions and tax returns for mutual funds, ETFs and related entities, while coordinating with service providers and the Canada Revenue Agency.
The candidate will oversee GST/HST processes, manage withholding taxes, and support governance and product initiatives, including fund launches and reorganizations.

The Fund Oversight team is primarily responsible for overseeing fund-related services outsourced to third party service providers, including fund valuation, financial reporting and tax reporting for mutual funds, pooled funds and ETFs. The team also provides ongoing support for product initiatives and fund-related changes.
Reporting to the VP, Fund Oversight, you will be responsible for tax and expense reporting as well as oversight activities, while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
The anticipated compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000 annually, which represents base salary and, where applicable, variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions, etc.). Actual compensation will be determined based on many factors such as role location, candidate experience / qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
