As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to two senior executives. You will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of priorities, seamless coordination of activities, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. This is a net new role supporting the growth of our executive operations. This role requires an in-office presence in Toronto up to five days per week.
The anticipated compensation range for this role is $85,000 – $115,000 annually, which represents base salary and, where applicable, variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions, etc.). Actual compensation will be determined based on many factors such as role location, candidate experience / qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
