A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Director, the Senior Manager, Tech FP&A leads a high-performing team of Analysts in financial planning activities including the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, long-range planning, and strategic investment support within Technology. This role requires connecting Technology operations to financial impact and collaborating with the Technology Portfolio Management Office to ensure efficient financial management across portfolios.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical salary range is $134,100 - $176,000 annually, based on market location and experience. Benefits include bonuses, health and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, wellness programs, development courses, and more. Eligibility and program details vary; the company may modify offerings at any time.
Workplace Arrangement
Hybrid model with onsite work at least 4 days per week to foster collaboration and connection.
