About the opportunity

The Field Marketing team at Dayforce plays a critical role in bridging the gap between our regional go-to-market teams and the broader marketing organization. Our mission is to drive strategic, high-impact in-person and virtual engagement to create, accelerate, and expand pipeline with both our direct sales teams and partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help build and shape Dayforce’s Field Marketing organization focused on the North American Customer Base Sales team, supporting efforts to grow and expand our presence within existing customer accounts. You will lead a team that is deeply embedded in the sales cycle, and highly focused on revenue generation and marketing ROI.

What you’ll get to do

  • Build and lead a team of revenue-focused, analytical, and high-performing Field Marketing Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement integrated marketing programs aligned to declared intent, pipeline creation, and revenue goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Management, and Corporate Marketing to launch campaigns, promotions, and platform initiatives tailored to customer base expansion.
  • Improve BDR funnel efficiency by influencing messaging, content, and tactics, down to the individual meeting and deal level.
  • Manage joint marketing funds with a high level of accountability, ensuring disciplined approval processes and performance tracking.
  • Co-own Field Marketing QBRs to evaluate budget ROI, campaign success, and strategic program alignment.
  • Lead and optimize the event lead management lifecycle, including tracking, routing, and pipeline attribution.
  • Execute additional projects as assigned by senior marketing leadership.

Skills and experience we value

  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, segment marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM).
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing and leading marketing teams.
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; strong visual storytelling skills using tools like PowerPoint.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance and marketing investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment with sales and create joint GTM strategies targeting both net-new and expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives that maximize impact and align with business priorities.
  • Experience in enterprise technology; HCM or HR tech background is a strong plus.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

  • Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS B2B applications, with experience in HCM being a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies and programs.
