Job summary

A leading logistics company in Kirkland Lake is seeking a Senior Manager - Facility Operations 1 to oversee all operations within the facility. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling operations while ensuring maximum customer service and safety. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years of business experience including one year in management, a valid G license, and is bilingual in English and French. Senior Manager - Facility Operations 1

We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Facility Operations 1 and we promise it’s a really fun role! Responsibilities include:

• Planning, organizing, directing and controlling all operations within the service area of the ramp or small volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation.
• Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations.
• Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.

So what do you need to do all of this?

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) / equivalent
• Four (4) years of business experience including, one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
• The one (1) year of direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years.
• Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record.
• English & French BILINGUAL REQUIRED for this location.
