As the Senior Manager – Design and Construction Projects, you are responsible for driving our projects, processes and deliverables for all Facilities projects and initiatives. Your enthusiasm for operational excellence will ensure the delivery of world-class experiences from concept to delivery, on time and on budget. You have a passion for clear communication, workback schedules and collaboration. You think ahead, ask strategic questions and, most importantly, you value relationships and have fun in your work.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Travel requirements will vary based on project location, with up to 10–15% travel annually (approximately 6–8 weeks per year). Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The team currently supports our Headquarters and Design Center in North Vancouver, our Manufacturing and Distribution Center in New Westminster, and our Creation Centers in Portland and Tokyo. As the brand grows, we anticipate expanding our presence in existing markets and entering new ones in the years ahead.
