The Canadian Banking Finance, Expense Management (CBF-EM) team’s objective is to manage expenses through strategic, insightful and timely financial analysis in a continuously changing environment. To support our stakeholders, expenses are managed in a matrix view, by expense category and Canadian Banking’s (CB) business lines (Retail, Tangerine, Small Business and Commercial Banking). Our primary stakeholders are the Finance and CB Business Line’s executive leadership team. The Senior Manager will lead the team in providing accurate, detailed and timely expense analytics. Inclusive of planning, forecasting, reporting and ad hoc requests.Critical to our team’s success is openness to and the ability to drive change. As such, the Senior Manager is expected to drive changes in areas of opportunity and be the key liaison on change management projects – such as Hyperion T4 and the team’s internal change management initiatives
