We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Events to lead the planning and execution of national and regional events supporting our corporate, investor, and internal engagement goals. This role is suited for an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at collaboration and creating memorable experiences that drive results.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  1. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional events (corporate, investor, internal).
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align events with marketing and business objectives.
  3. Manage and develop the Sales Coordinator and future team members.
  4. Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and contracts.
  5. Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and value.
  6. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all event touchpoints.
  7. Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide post-event insights and recommendations.
  8. Provide on-site leadership during events for smooth execution and issue resolution.
  9. Promote continuous improvement through debriefs and best practices.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • Event planning or project management certification is an asset.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in event planning and management.
  • Proven success in managing national-scale corporate or investor events.
  • Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong background in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management.
  • Ability to deliver measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Strategic thinking for effective event planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and evaluating performance.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
