We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Events to lead the planning and execution of high-impact national and regional events that support our corporate, investor, and internal engagement goals. This role is ideal for an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences that drive business results.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional events (corporate, investor, internal).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events support broader marketing and business goals.
  • Manage and develop the Sales Coordinator and any future team members.
  • Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Maintain and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and value.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality in all event touchpoints.
  • Track event KPIs, analyze data and deliver post-event insights and recommendations.
  • Provide on-site leadership during events, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
  • Champion continuous improvement through post-event debriefs and best practices.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Event planning or project management certification is an asset.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in event planning and management.
  • Proven success managing national-scale corporate or investor-focused events.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience leading direct reports and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong background in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable event outcomes and ROI.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on effective event planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and evaluating event performance.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
