Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team, part of the Finance Transformation Advisory practice, seeks a Senior Manager to enhance our Management Consulting practice. We are looking for a talented professional to establish a strong presence for EPM engagements leveraging EPM technology solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage client engagements, oversee daily operations, and contribute to business development.
- Motivate and guide your team, fostering a culture of inclusion and providing actionable coaching.
- Mentor junior team members and support other service lines within Management Consulting.
- Plan and deliver engagements, managing economics using available reports and data.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple or large-scale projects meeting client expectations.
- Identify business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and lead pursuits aligned with client needs.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and sector/service champion.
- Manage Finance Transformation projects focusing on end-to-end EPM functional transformation and technology implementations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating subject matter expertise in EPM services.
- Assist organizations in risk management and performance improvement through project management across implementation phases.
- Collaborate with senior KPMG leaders to enhance and integrate service offerings.
- Develop relationships with other KPMG offices.
What You Bring To The Role
- 7-9+ years of EPM experience within a professional services advisory firm, with full lifecycle project delivery experience using vendors like Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan, or Tagetik.
- Experience in client-facing roles across various industries.
- Strong business and functional knowledge of EPM processes.
- Ability to communicate business requirements and understand functional design implications.
- Experience in process reengineering, designing, and implementing business performance management applications.
- Knowledge of governance, controls, data management, and analytics tools, including data sourcing, integration, and architecture concepts.
