The Role:
The Bank’s Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF), is the single source of policies, standards, processes, and templates for successfully delivering projects at Scotiabank. It defines the Bank’s requirements and processes for all projects and production changes to follow, from prioritization to closure. It includes control standards from Risk, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Privacy, Release Management and Project Management. It is an end to end delivery framework and communication vehicle to provide clear guidance to project teams to ensure all adhere to minimum enterprise delivery standards.
The position is to help drive an enterprise wide transformation program to streamline and simplify the Bank’s Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF).
