Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Solutions to drive our organization's data strategy with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role will oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven data architectures, data models, and intelligent automation to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency. You will lead cross-functional collaborations, ensuring cutting-edge data solutions using AI and ML technologies are leveraged for innovation, scalability, and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. AI Driven Data Strategy : Define and execute an information systems data strategy integrating AI and machine learning applications in enterprise-wide data solutions.
  2. Advanced Data Architecture : Develop scalable, AI-powered data ecosystems, integrating machine learning workflows for data management, aggregation, and analytics.
  3. Technology Implementation : Oversee the deployment of industry-leading data solutions, data lakes, and model development tools for intelligent automation.
  4. AI Governance & Ethics in Data Solutions : Establish best practices for responsible AI use, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to deploy AI solutions that align with business-driven data strategy and objectives.
  6. Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of data professionals, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI / ML, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant investment management or asset management industry experience across research, trading, operations, and technology.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data solutions, AI / ML-led development, and data architecture.
  • Deep understanding of AI frameworks and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, Fabric).
  • Strong proficiency or understanding of programming languages such as Python and R, with knowledge of ML algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with AI-powered automation, NLP, and data-driven technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of leading AI-driven data initiatives in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud-based AI services.
  • Experience deploying generative AI, reinforcement learning, or deep learning models.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in machine learning applications.

The starting salary for this position is $150,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary as required by legislation. An annual performance bonus is also included, contributing to the total compensation. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
