  • About This Opportunity

    The Senior Manager of Engineering is responsible for leading a team that supports the strategy development of infrastructure by providing best-in-class project management for Coke Canada's manufacturing sites.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage national and regional manufacturing-related projects
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
    • Develop multi-year capital plans for facilities in collaboration with engineering and site management teams
    • Develop engineering standards for Coke Canada
    • Scope, budget, and timeline development and validation for projects and initiatives
    • Travel periodically to various facilities as needed
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
    • 5+ years of project management experience in operations, building, technical, or maintenance areas
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
    • Ability to model business scenarios and analyze costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform solutions
    • Strong presentation skills for influential storytelling
