Job summary

ABmunis seeks a Senior Manager, Engagement to lead coordination with external stakeholders for ABmunis on behalf of the President and CEO. You will oversee engagement with Member municipalities, government agencies, and external partners, guiding cross-functional teams to advance strategic priorities.

You will manage the workflow from engagement activities to relevant organizational sectors and ensure deliverables are followed through, reporting to the Director, Executive Coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with external stakeholders and government bodies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Reporting to the Director, Executive Coordination, the Senior Manager, Engagement leads the coordination of engagement with external stakeholders for ABmunis on behalf of the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The Senior Manager supports engagement with ABmunis Member municipalities, government agencies, and external partners, as well as collaborating with the advocacy team to elevate additional support for board members;

The Senior Manager is responsible for the workflow of action items from engagement activities to necessary sectors in the organization, ensuring appropriate follow-through on deliverables.
