Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada seeks an experienced retail banking leader to counsel RVPs and senior leaders on strategy execution and transformation. You will serve as a role model and master coach, delivering development programs for regional leaders and advisors while identifying opportunities, gaps, and priorities across markets and branches.

You will also act as an integration point between markets and the national office, gathering feedback, and formalizing listening posts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience leading a retail banking branch.
• Strong knowledge and comfort in using and leveraging technology.
• Proven ability to take initiative and be viewed as a conceptual thinker.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent advice and counsel to RVPs and leaders in the implementation and execution of strategy
• Act as an expert role model and master coach by providing coaching and development to RVPs and leaders
