How will you make an impact in this role?

The Chief Technology Officer Organization's vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent strategy, and standards across Technology. It seeks to cultivate technical innovation and elevate the technical heartbeat of the organization.

This position acts as a strategic partner and advisor on technology innovation, intellectual property, know-how, organizational technical core competency, R&D strategy, product commercialization, and program execution. It works closely with product, technology, and venture partners to define needs in R&D programs and deliver concepts, capabilities, designs, and plans to meet these needs. The role also ensures timely, budget-compliant delivery of R&D projects that meet specifications. On any given day, you might:

  • Serve as a solutioning expert for emerging GenAI projects, identifying and enabling use cases across the company.
  • Support the evolution of use cases requiring product guidance, technical best practices, and thought leadership.
  • Elevate key priorities, opportunities, and challenges to leadership for strategic consideration.
  • Ensure transparency of pilots and use cases to meet key metrics and optimize resource deployment.
  • Partner across the organization to lead R&D efforts, understanding customer needs and applying strategic and tactical methods to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Act as a strategic problem solver and architect for future technology and capabilities of CTO R&D to implement business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering
  • At least 6 years of project management, product management, or leadership experience in technology roles
  • A deep understanding of the FinTech industry
  • Proven track record in building, launching, and driving products through their lifecycle
  • Innovative thinking coupled with practical execution skills
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Focus on delivering customer- and patient-centric products
  • Ability to influence leadership and adopt new ideas or approaches
  • Supportive and positive attitude fostering a respectful, diverse, and goal-oriented culture
  • Ability to interpret complex contracts and collaborate with legal and transaction teams
