Job description

MAV Beauty, holding company for Marc Anthony True Professional, Cake Beauty, Renpure, The Mane Choice, and Sky Organics, is seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Senior Manager of Digital Advertising. This forward-thinking, hands-on professional should have a passion for digital innovation and demand generation, with a proven track record of orchestrating successful omni-channel digital advertising campaigns. Expertise in executing digital growth strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google, particularly within the beauty and CPG sectors, is essential. Strong management skills are required to guide media spend towards achieving digital objectives. An analytical mindset and digital proficiency are key to enhancing our brands' digital presence and credibility.

Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Communications Director, the Senior Manager of Digital Advertising will oversee paid media initiatives across all MAV brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display, and video.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative guidance, and performance tracking.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, optimize strategies, and improve ROI.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Identify experimentation opportunities and develop a testing roadmap to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and the Marketing Communications Director to align campaign messaging, creatives, and objectives with business goals.
  • Media Optimization & Reporting: Continuously improve media plans through dashboards and attribution models, and adjust strategies based on metrics such as media performance, sales, and searches.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present program results to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Platform Management: Communicate with third-party vendors and platform representatives to resolve issues and facilitate program success.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years experience managing paid social and YouTube campaigns.
  • Proven success in upper-funnel media strategy for brands relying on third-party retail distribution (e.g., CPG).
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads (via Google Ads), TikTok Ads Manager, and other platforms like Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting, and video ad best practices.
  • Experience with brand lift studies, attention metrics, or incrementality testing to measure upper-funnel impact.
