We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Data Archiving & Surveillance to support GTS IT in managing Trader Voice and Compliance Voice Recording and Communication Surveillance platforms and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to business requirements by engineering suitable solutions.
  • Develop reliable, cost-effective solutions addressing business and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Business Initiatives, Internal Controls, SI&D Service Management, and vendors to define scope, develop integrations, and automate testing scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with BNS technical and security standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for reviews and approvals of solutions.
  • Develop test strategies and deployment plans.
  • Support project deployment and operational teams with new solutions and features.
  • Assist support teams with escalations post-deployment.

Required Skills and Knowledge :

  • Experience with SIP and telecommunication technologies.
  • Knowledge of Trader and Enterprise Voice technologies, including voice / text recording and surveillance systems.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Understanding of AI and NLP applications in unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with SaaS architectures, API integration, and security protocols.
  • Experience with communication platforms like IPC, Webex, MS Teams, and related tools is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to support Latin American partners.
