Senior Manager - Data & Analytics Operating Model

Your Role

Partner with technology and business leaders to architect how data unlocks business value and agility through the right data & analytics operating model.

Refine the client’s Data Operating Model vision, strategy, and design—organization, roles & responsibilities, governance, and processes.

Familiar with product-oriented delivery models (POD) and data factory models.

Shape operating model implementation approaches.

Set up PODs to scale up and down as needed.

Skills and Experience

Develop recommendations and translate them into actionable roadmaps for complex and large data transformations using Agile principles.

Support the creation of methods and processes to embed new ways of working.

Provide insights to clients on common pitfalls during operating model transformations and devise appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Lead and coach client teams in adopting new operating models and data engineering practices.

Lead and coach junior team members.
