Sr Manager - Data & Analytics Operating Model

Your Role

Partner with technology and business leaders to architect how data unlock business value and agility through the right data & analytics operating model

Refine client’s Data Operating Model vision, strategy and design – organization, roles & responsibilities, governance and process

Familiar with product oriented delivery model (POD) and data factory model

Shaping operating model implementation approaches

Set up PODs to scale up and down

Skills and Experience

Developing recommendations and translating them into actionable roadmaps for complex and large data transformations using Agile principles

Supporting the creation of methods and processes to embed new ways of working

Providing insights to clients on common pitfalls during operating model transformation and devising appropriate risk mitigation strategies

Leading and coaching client teams in adopting new operating models and data engineering practices

Leading and coaching junior team members
