Based in Montreal and reporting to the partner, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise large organizations, particularly in the insurance and financial services sectors, on their digital transformation strategies and customer experience.

The individual will be part of a globally recognized network known for its tools, methods, and frameworks for customer experience management and digitalization, which are among the most effective in the market.

What we’re looking for

We’re targeting exceptional executives with expertise in the insurance and financial services sectors who want to contribute to making KPMG the go-to firm for imagining, designing, and securing customer-focused organizations.

The successful candidate must bring:

  1. Experience at one of the Big Four global professional services firms is a significant asset.
  2. 10 years of experience in customer experience management and digital transformation, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  3. Strong expertise in digital strategy, customer experience design, and the development of innovative services for the financial sector.
  4. Proven experience interacting with senior executives and managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA (an asset).
