We can’t do this without a passionate Senior Manager, Content and Campaign Planning to join our team. The Senior Manager, Content and Campaign Planning, is a strategic thinker who excels at developing and executing campaigns and content programs. This role work closely with teams to provide strategic planning support and bring the campaigns to life. They understand, structure, and organize tactics for campaigns and programs. They identify opportunities to better target, intercept, and connect with audiences to further client goals.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Account teams to understand the project and client requirements.
  • Provide actionable counsel and direction for teams to understand how to impactfully deliver content.
  • Work with the Strategy team to identify audience opportunities and develop a plan that executes on the campaign intent.
  • Collaborate with the creative teams to identify tactical opportunities that can earn audience attention and engagement.
  • Analyse programs and communications journeys for opportunities to better intercept, enrich interactions, or create content that furthers client goals.
  • Create campaigns architectures to brief media teams and work with the paid media team to align and develop a media plan.
  • Understand the tactical executions – what works, how they get made.
  • Keep up to date with industry activities and other industry campaigns to support and inspire teams.
  • Provide recommendations on how to enhance services for Proof Strategies’ content capabilities and offering.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of digital, content marketing, and social media experience, ideally inside, communications or advertising agency.
  • Evidence of planning abilities across digital channels and campaign development with the goals of generating measurable ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Digital intelligence – Innovative digital thinking, ideas, and approaches to connecting with audiences and elevating work in traditional areas such as PR, influencer activations, and social media.
  • Progressive knowledge – A general curiosity of digital platforms and how individuals engage with digital. Subject matter expertise on the use and best practices for digital strategy, content funnels, and paid media activation.
  • Collaboration – Strong desire to partner and integrate with Account, Strategy, Measurement, and Creative teams to help build off what they create and sell through stronger work.
  • Empathetic – The ability to put yourself in your clients, colleagues, and audiences’ shoes to navigate challenges and unlock opportunities.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo is a plus
  • Working knowledge of UI / UX design and Figma
  • Experience in complex sectors. For instance, Pharma, regulatory environments, corporate clients.
  • Experience as a change agent and advocate for digital growth and expansion.
  • An understanding of the earned / PR space and the value it brings our clients’ businesses.
  • French is an asset.
