Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial property/portfolio management.
• Engineering technologist designation or equivalent preferred.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and lease administration skills.
• Proven leadership in construction and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Lead facilities maintenance programs for stores, distribution, and offices.
• Administer commercial leases and tenant relations across Canada.
• Coordinate capital expenditure plans and asset management initiatives.
