A leading outdoor apparel company in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation Programs. This role involves leading global compensation strategy, managing compensation governance, and overseeing annual cycles. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of progressive compensation experience and a CCP certification. This position offers hybrid work options and a salary range of CAD$125,000 - CAD$172,000 annually.

As the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs, you will be a key architect of our global compensation strategy, supporting our vision to be an employer of choice. You will lead the development, governance, and execution of global compensation programs that reflect our values, align with business goals, and enhance the employee experience. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor within the Total Rewards team, implementing scalable solutions that support our growth as a global organization. Your role will involve strategic thinking combined with operational execution across areas such as job architecture, incentive programs, pay equity, transparency, governance, and executive and equity compensation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including People & Culture, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and forward-looking—balancing global consistency with local relevance.
This position is primarily based in North Vancouver but offers hybrid work options. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Salary Range: CAD$125,000 - CAD$172,000 annually. Compensation within this range depends on skills, experience, education, and training. The upper range is for candidates with exceptional expertise or transferable experience. Note that this range reflects base salary only; bonuses and benefits are additional.
