Senior Manager, Communications & Business Enablement – Automotive Finance

Overview

This role provides leadership, planning, and execution of communication and marketing strategies to enhance RBC's reputation, drive employee engagement, and support the strategic priorities of Automotive Finance (AF).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Automotive Finance leadership in representing the brand consistently across community, clients, and employees.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external leadership communications, including presentations, speeches, and social media content.
  • Implement communication tactics aligned with business objectives and client relationship management.
  • Manage daily communications related to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and partners to ensure industry understanding and strategic alignment.
  • Create content for client interactions through social media, PR, and events.
  • Develop content for Relationship Managers to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate communication efforts for client and community events, as well as regional business development activities.
  • Prepare business results presentations and messaging for leadership meetings and company-wide events.
  • Manage the communication repository on RBC Connect, ensuring accessibility for Relationship Managers.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to craft business messages collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools, especially PowerPoint.
  • Flexible thinking and proactive in engaging with leadership and teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse teams.
