Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations (FTC - 12 months) in Toronto to proactively support Oncology Canada Field Sales & Marketing Teams and ensure programs land efficiently and compliantly. You will partner with cross-functional colleagues to manage onboarding, contracting support, and field communications while ensuring alignment with MLR processes.

  • 5+ years of pharma/biotech Commercial Operations experience in Canada
  • Functional field support experience in the Canadian market
  • English proficiency; proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiar with Veeva and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Execute field sizing, alignments, targeting, segmentation, and incentive analyses.
  • Coordinate localized promotional materials with Marketing Ops and IT.
  • Ensure materials follow MLR review processes.
  • Manage field communications (Sales Updates, Competitive Updates).
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics with HR/IT.
  • Support HCP contracting requests for advisory boards and consulting engagements.
  • Coordinate meetings, exhibits, sponsorships, and funding requests with Events.

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional colleagues (including Analytics, Marketing Ops, IT, HR, Training, and Meetings & Events) to keep field enablement running with care and precision—from alignments and communications to onboarding and contracting support. Senior Manager, Commercial Operations (FTC - 12 months) – Toronto
Typical Day
  • Executing field sizing, alignments, targeting, segmentation, and incentive compensation analyses.
  • Coordinating localized promotional materials with Marketing Ops and IT.
  • Ensuring materials follow Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Managing field communications (Sales Updates, Competitive Updates) through approvals and distribution.
  • Partnering with HR and IT on routine field roster management.
  • Supporting HCP contracting requests for advisory boards and consulting engagements.
  • Coordinating meetings, exhibits, sponsorships, and funding requests with Events partners.
  • Coordinating onboarding/offboarding logistics and communications with HR, IT, and collaborators.

To be considered, you’ll bring 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech proven experience in Commercial Operations roles with increasing responsibilities and accountability, along with functional field support experience in the Canadian market and an understanding of Canadian biopharmaceutical commercial dynamics, laws, and regulations.

English proficiency is required, and you’re confident working in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as platforms such as Veeva and Power BI.
