An established industry player is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee specialized homes and support services for children and youth with complex needs. The Senior Manager provides direct operational oversight for multiple SHSS (Specialized Homes and Support Services) staffed homes and supervises Program Managers within the Vancouver Island region. This role ensures clinical excellence, trauma-informed service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the SHSS Service Plan across all assigned programs. The Senior Manager plays a key role in workforce development, strategic planning, and maintaining high standards of care for children and youth with complex needs.
REPORTS TO: Regional Manager
SUPERVISES: Program Managers, Assistant Managers, Program Coordinators, and indirectly Staffed Home Employees

Location: Vancouver Island (Travel Required)
