As part of the largest baking company in the world, Bimbo Canada is a leading producer and distributor of packaged fresh bread, bakery products and snacks. Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager for Channel Strategy, Category Insights & Revenue Growth Management (RGM) who will lead a team to deliver actionable category insights and strategies that optimize revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Channel Strategy & Revenue Growth Management, this role will be responsible for driving performance across channels, categories, and customers. The leader will develop and execute new channel-specific strategies, leveraging market data, deep category insights, and advanced RGM principles to guide decision-making that maximizes revenue, profitability, and market share across Bimbo Canada’s portfolio. The incumbent will lead a high-performing team and play an important role in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, Supply Planning, and Omnichannel Marketing Teams to identify growth opportunities, develop pricing and promotional frameworks, and optimize channel execution aligned with the overarching business objectives.
