Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager in Change Management, to join our Process Re-engineering Team and to guide transformational initiatives across the Richardson Wealth organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex change efforts in financial services and will partner with stakeholders - ranging from front office advisors to executive leadership - to build readiness, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities include developing strategic change plans, coaching sponsors, managing communications and training, and embedding continuous improvement in our change approach.

Duties and Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Vision

  • Lead the development and rollout of change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and project roadmaps.
  • Establish change governance frameworks and change champions to support large-scale transformation (e.g. digital transformation, CRM upgrades, regulatory changes)
  • Build best practices and keep Organizational Change Management (OCM) processes current.
  • Act as change management coaches / consultants to the organization.

Stakeholder & Sponsor Management

  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and cross-functional partners; communicate the vision and benefits of change in a way that resonates across roles and risk appetites.
  • Serve as a trusted change management consultant and corresponding escalation point during project implementation.
  • Impact Assessment & Readiness

  • Conduct comprehensive impact analyses across people, process, and technology domains.
  • Gauge change readiness and anticipate resistance; develop mitigation plans.
  • Communications & Engagement

  • Design and execute communication plans with targeted messaging, channels, and frequency.
  • Collaborate on job aids, FAQs, training content, and toolkits tailored for advisor and corporate teams.
  • Manage change-related risks (e.g. advisor pushback, service disruptions, reputational risks)
  • Training & Adoption

  • Lead development and partner with the Advisor Experience Training & Development Team to design training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and just-in-time tools.
  • Support business leaders in reinforcement plans to ensure sustained adoption and behaviors.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define, track and monitor success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction).
  • Incorporate feedback and lessons learned to optimize success and minimize disruption.
  • Qualifications

  • 10+ years in change or program management within financial services, including 3+ years in a people-focused leadership role.
  • Proficient in change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strong understanding of wealth management tools, especially CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level coaching skills.
  • Exceptional Communication and influence skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills (e.g. assess change impact, interpreting feedback and using data to adjust strategy)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in hybrid environments, fostering collaboration across business, compliance, and technology.
  • Nice-to-have

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with change measurement dashboards (e.g., via PowerBI or Tableau).
