At Enwave, we’re helping build a more sustainable energy future through district energy solutions and infrastructure investments that support decarbonization and long-term growth. The Senior Manager, Capital Expenditures helps ensure those investments are planned, governed, and managed responsibly. The role leads capital planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and process improvement, while supporting important business decisions across the organization.
Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll be a key finance partner across the business and lead a team responsible for the financial stewardship of Enwave’s capital portfolio.
You’ll lead Enwave’s five-year capital plan and annual capital budget, and oversee capital forecasting, monthly reporting, and performance monitoring. You’ll work closely with business leaders to make sure investments are aligned with organizational priorities and supported by clear, useful analysis.
You’ll also oversee capital governance, compliance, and audit activities, including government funding programs, investment tax credits, internal controls, and external audit coordination. You’ll manage the financial lifecycle of capital projects from planning through completion, helping ensure the right controls and standards are applied along the way.
As a people leader and trusted business partner, you’ll coach and develop a small team, build strong relationships across the organization, and improve the systems, processes, and reporting that support capital management. You’ll help make capital information easier to use, more reliable, and more valuable to the business.

The expected base salary range for this role is, $140,000 to $155,000 CAD Annuallybased on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
