  • Support proactive customer engagement, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and contribute to business growth by strengthening partnerships and delivering technical solutions that support long-term customer success.
Qualifications

  • Experience working with BAS systems, operational trending, and system performance analytics
  • Proven ability to conduct technical investigations, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships with a strong focus on service and partnership
  • Hands-on experience working with building operators, facility teams, and property managers
  • Experience managing projects, including scope, contractors, schedules, budgets, and customer communication
  • Ability to identify operational improvements, energy optimization opportunities, and value-add initiatives
  • Strong coordination skills across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
