A leading professional services firm is seeking a full-time Senior Manager to join their CRC National Management team. The role involves overseeing operations, supporting engagement teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The expected salary range is $86,000 to $150,000, with additional bonuses available.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team to work from India. This role will ideally suit a professional with a proven track record of exceptional communication and technical skills in the assurance practice primarily on compilations. The CRC Senior Manager will be assisting the enterprise and ECS business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modelling so that they are able to manage their CRC objectives and related KPIs. Therefore, a primary role of the CRC Senior Manager is to provide direct support and guidance to both offshore and onshore teams so that Canadian audit engagement teams can effectively leverage the CRC on their compilations work. The focus will be to support engagement teams working on compilations and to formalize processes and policies for Risk Management and regulatory compliance purposes.

The successful candidate will be required to support KPMG employees nationally and will be required to communicate with English-speaking colleagues. This individual will be required to create documentation and share guidance to those in English-speaking provinces.
The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications.
