Job description

Lead Strategy and Development for C-Store Programs

Be responsible for strategy and development of C-Store programs, including beverages and food service, ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining program manuals and SOPs.

Profitability and Operational Support

Develop strategies to improve profitability, collaborate with Co-ops and internal teams, and oversee training and support for operational improvements.

Site Projects and Merchandising

Provide guidance and analysis for new and renovated site projects, including layouts, merchandising, and post-project audits.

Pricing Strategy and Analytics

Manage pricing strategies and analytics to drive sales and efficiency across Co-ops.

Cross-Functional Initiatives

Lead cross-functional C-Store initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring effective communication and implementation across regions.

Team Collaboration

Work with Zone teams, local Co-ops, the Home Office C-Store department, and leadership including Managers, Directors, GMs, and CEOs. You will have one direct report and report to the Director of Operations.

Candidate Profile
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and operations within the Retail Food Industry, including at least 2 years in management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
