A leading company in the Retail Food Industry seeks a strategic leader for C-Store programs. The role involves developing strategies, enhancing profitability, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support local Co-ops in serving their communities. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in marketing and operations, coupled with strong leadership skills.
Be responsible for strategy and development of C-Store programs, including beverages and food service, ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining program manuals and SOPs.
Develop strategies to improve profitability, collaborate with Co-ops and internal teams, and oversee training and support for operational improvements.
Provide guidance and analysis for new and renovated site projects, including layouts, merchandising, and post-project audits.
Manage pricing strategies and analytics to drive sales and efficiency across Co-ops.
Lead cross-functional C-Store initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring effective communication and implementation across regions.
Work with Zone teams, local Co-ops, the Home Office C-Store department, and leadership including Managers, Directors, GMs, and CEOs. You will have one direct report and report to the Director of Operations.
Support local Co-ops in serving their communities through leadership in food, pharmacy, liquor, and convenience stores, ensuring quality products and excellent customer service.
