Brookfield Asset Management Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Manager of Business Systems Analysis to lead delivery of innovative application solutions across Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit.

You will apply product management and analysis expertise to implement data, integrations, and vendor solutions with strong stakeholder engagement. The role requires deep knowledge of asset management and insurance domains, hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, data integration, and modern data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
6+ years in product ownership and business systems analysis in Asset Management or Insurance.
Experience with investment management and insurance data/models across public and private assets.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, data integrations, and modern data frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of automated application solutions supporting operations and scalability.
Manage documentation: requirements, roadmaps, data dictionaries and vendor licenses.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide L1/L2 support and monitor data interfaces and ETL/ELT processes.
