The Senior Manager, Business Operations, Facilities, and Real Estates conducts business and strategic analyses, including the identification of solution alternatives and determines recommendations for strategic initiatives throughout the Facilities and Real Estate department. In addition, this role leads conversations with product line and health plan senior leadership towards their business strategy and expectations as it relates to facilities and real estate as well as manages the overall performance of the business operations staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, Program/Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience required. 6+ years of facilities operations experience, prior experience leading cross-functional teams on large scale project required. 5+ years of supervisory experience, including managing staff performance required.
The ability to travel up to 60% of the time including overnight and out of state travel.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year
