Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Manager, Business Development and Client Success will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful relationships with both clients and healthcare partners. The position will involve taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to the seamless StartStrong handoff, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. You will drive revenue growth, generate client referrals, and maintain relationships with existing clients, using your strategic insights to build long-term partnerships.
This role will also require conducting in-home assessments, updating Care Plans, and handling client sales objections, with a focus on selling value over price. You will work closely with prospective clients and their families, helping them overcome concerns and ensuring they understand the full range of services offered. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the start of the care process and monitoring client satisfaction through regular feedback and engagement.
Staying on top of market trends and understanding community needs, you will build and nurture referral relationships within the healthcare sector and local organizations, ensuring the continued growth of the client base and maintaining a strong presence in the community.
