What is the Opportunity?

As the Senior Manager, Brokerage Distribution Analytics, you will lead the sales analysis for our Third Party Brokerage Distribution (MGAs and National Accounts) team. You will act as the business owner of all report design and our data requirements to support our Distribution partners and Leaders in achieving sales growth and sales plans. You will also lead the monitoring of the business and results to identify emerging trends and risks to the sales channel.

What will you do?

  • Ownership, prioritization and design of all Distributor based reporting including testing and support to the management team.
  • Analysis of all weekly, monthly, annual and adhoc reports to identify trending, opportunities and concerns for our team, our Distributors and sales leaders.
  • Provide results commentary, internal and external presentation content and updates to leaders and regional sales teams on an ongoing basis.
  • Design, lead and present the annual goal planning program for our Distributors.
  • Coach the team on their Distributor and channel performance as well as train and upskill them to understand their Distributor results and analysis.
  • Identify and develop tools to support sales initiatives and programs to capitalize on opportunities for growth of the business
  • Collaborate with Internal Partners on Third Party Distribution compensation programs, reporting structures and account hierarchy design.
  • Complete Annual Industry and Regulatory Distributor based results packages.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Working knowledge (5 to 7 years minimum) of the Insurance Life and Health business or Financial Services.
  • University/College Degree/Diploma in Business or Data Analytics
  • Superior technical skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Experience with Tableau or Business Intelligence software.
  • Analytical ability, initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience prioritizing several projects at the same time and meeting deliverable dates.
  • Ability to work with Senior Level Executives

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Life, Health and Wealth Insurance Products and Operations
  • Knowledge and understanding of Life and Health Insurance data, compensation and Distribution hierarchy.
