Role Impact :
The Senior Manager Brand Management will play a key role in collaborating across key functions to build, activate, and sustain CF's reputation management approach. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a coordinated, fact-based approach to measuring and acting on insights to evolve CF's reputation across its key stakeholder groups, in alignment with CF Purpose and Values. The role will also manage CF's employer brand, related communications, and CF's Corporate Philanthropy programs, including giving governance and impact measures.
This position requires the successful candidate to work four days per week in the office.
What you will deliver :
- Establish and activate an enterprise brand management framework for CF, including cross-functional responsibilities. Develop and activate coordination processes and manage interdependencies.
- Collaborate to structure, activate, and sustain a corporate brand scorecard for CF that builds on existing measurement practices. Define KPIs, drivers, action loops, and activation approaches across prioritized stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate to evolve the enterprise storytelling and communications plan for CF, linking it to reputation KPI insights and focus areas. This includes targeted key messages, stories, and communication channels.
- Manage CF's employer brand, including external communications, ensuring alignment with CF's employer value proposition, ENPS measures, and other insights.
- Activate CF's philanthropy strategy, ensuring proper allocation of funds. Oversee philanthropy programs like Building Communities and Vibrant Communities.
- Manage CF's philanthropy budget, including tracking, reporting, and forecasting to ensure donations stay within the annual budget. Report on philanthropy scorecard metrics.
- Establish philanthropy governance processes, including planning, budgeting, partner identification, and decision-making, ensuring alignment with CF Giving Principles.
- Represent CF and manage relationships with supported charitable organizations, communicating strategic priorities and funding decisions.
- Lead in providing content and metrics for ESG reports, awards, and other documentation.
- Build project change management and sustainment plans to enable continuous improvement, including documentation, tools, and communication plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, partners, and vendors, ensuring responsive communication aligned with CF Values.

What you need to succeed :
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in data and insights program management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in creating, implementing, and managing enterprise programs.
- Knowledge of data analytics and communicating business insights.
- Experience in project leadership, change management, and budget management.
- Proven ability to develop impactful written communications and stories.
