Senior Manager, B2B SaaS Affiliate Program

Canada/USA Remote

Are you a seasoned affiliate marketing leader with a passion for building and scaling high-impact programs from the ground up? We\'re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, B2B SaaS Affiliate Program to own and grow our affiliate channel. This isn\'t a role for someone who just maintains an existing program—it's for an expert who can architect, launch, and rapidly scale a B2B SaaS affiliate program. You\'ll be the first dedicated hire for this critical channel, responsible for building a foundation that drives significant, high-quality revenue for our suite of innovative software solutions.

About the Job

As the Senior Manager, B2B SaaS Affiliate Program, you will be the driving force behind our new affiliate channel. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you\'ll have full ownership of strategy and execution, from initial market analysis and platform selection to partner recruitment and performance optimization. Your mission is to create a robust, scalable program that aligns with our long-term growth objectives and establishes our brand as a leader in the B2B SaaS affiliate space.

Your Impact

As a Senior Manager, Affiliate Programs you\'ll:

  • Build the Foundation: Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for our B2B SaaS affiliate program, from scratch. This includes defining our ideal partner profile, selecting the right technology platform, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recruit & Onboard: Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse portfolio of high-value partners, including digital agencies, marketing consultants, strategic channel partners, and industry-specific content creators.
  • Own the Channel: Manage all aspects of the affiliate channel, including negotiating deals, developing promotional assets, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing support to key partners.
  • Drive Performance: Use advanced analytical skills to monitor program performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and LTV.
  • Collaborate: Partner with the sales, product, and content marketing teams to ensure affiliate efforts are seamlessly integrated into our broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Mentor & Lead: As the program grows, you will be responsible for building out a team to support the channel.

What You Bring to the Table

You are a strategic, data-driven leader with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling successful B2B SaaS affiliate programs. You have a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and a strong network of potential partners.

  • 7+ years of experience in managing affiliate marketing programs, with a minimum of 4 years specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in building an affiliate program from the ground up, with quantifiable results in partner recruitment, revenue growth, and program scalability.
  • Expert-level knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, Partnerize) and a strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to forge long-lasting, high-value relationships.
