Make an impact with our Assurance Professional Development team as a Senior Manager. This diverse team provides industry and technical expertise to support our Assurance and Accounting practice. As a trusted advisor, you’ll design training programs and materials that empower team members to deliver industry-leading Assurance and Accounting services. This is a two-year term position.

Responsibilities

• Drive firm quality initiatives as part of the firm’s Quality, Risk & Compliance team.
• Deliver industry and technical assurance and accounting training.
• Support and maintain MNP’s in-house training programs.
• Develop and facilitate accounting and assurance training content using formal and creative writing.
• Collaborate with the Assurance Professional Standards Group to provide advice on complex issues and maintain protocols.
• Transfer knowledge from conferences and training sessions into practical tools and materials.
• Work with managers and partners to address standards issues and promote quality control.
• Support professional development through clear expectations and feedback.
• Maintain flexibility to travel as needed.

Skills And Experience

• CPA designation or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Extensive knowledge of CAS, ASPE, and IFRS.
• Strong understanding of business, accounting, and management principles.
• Technical writing and project management skills.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Commitment to client service excellence.
• Assets include experience in assurance training, managing client engagements, and US GAAP/US auditing standards.
