Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagement teams to complete compilations, reviews, compliance tax engagements, cash flow projections, and other advisory services
• Deliver industry and technical expertise through client interactions, reports, management presentations, and high-quality deliverables
• Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their business, risks, and opportunities to deliver value; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow
• Oversee engagement planning, scheduling, and project financials, including budgets, WIPS, billing, and collections
• Maintain quality control and address issues relevant to clients’ business, financial entries, and reports
• Network within the local business community, explore business development opportunities, and contribute to proposals
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver comprehensive services, ensuring seamless communication and delivery
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning for client and practice management, and innovate work processes
• Mentor and coach team members for professional growth, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
• Maintain flexibility to travel as needed

Skills and Experience

• Over 10 years of relevant public accounting experience, with potential for fast-track to Partnership
• Deep understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles
• Proven leadership, relationship-building, and people management skills
• Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking abilities
