Position: Senior Manager Applications - Field Service Platforms
Status: Full Time
Reports To: Director, Product, Sales & Servicing Platforms
Location: Markham
Summary: This position is responsible for managing the performance of a team of technical staff in an assigned function(s) of application support, development, and business system analysis. The incumbent works to ensure that resources are in place to identify and provide business application systems in support of assigned function(s). This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the department. The Manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This person will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
