Contributes to the overall success of the Small Business department in Canada by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
The Sr. Manager, Analytics is responsible for managing the small business data infrastructure, delivering MIS that enables multiple stakeholders in the Small Business team to monitor & manage the health of the portfolio, business activities and results efficiently and effectively based on timely and value added reporting of business performance. The incumbent will leverage his/her subject matter expertise on data, database architecture, application design, reporting and analytical tools to provide timely and accurate reporting by collaborating and providing solutions to multiple business partners.
