RBC seeks an AML Compliance Specialist to support compliance programs, assess AML risks, and provide regulatory guidance. This role involves collaboration across teams, drafting policies, overseeing compliance matters, and ensuring the bank meets regulatory requirements. What is the opportunity?
This role will support the Director, AML Compliance to ensure AML compliance program for business units as outlined above are aligned with Enterprise AML requirements, strategy and as well as adhere to laws in their jurisdictions. Assess AML risks in the roll-out of new business products / services and substantial changes to existing business products / services and ensure risks are addressed appropriately.
What will you do?
Act as centre of expertise for these businesses and related support areas in the provision of direction and information for AML issues
What do you need to succeed?
Knowledge of relevant US AML laws and regulations
Understanding of RBC policies and industry best practices related to AML
Strong analytical skills
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of relevant RBC business units
