Job Summary :
The Senior Manager, Alberta Operations Performance is responsible for oversight and management of the operational performance with specific focus on end to end revenue management and the impacts on the financial performance of Canada Consumer. This Senior Manager will lead the investigation, research, analysis and resolution of issues related to end to end revenue management to support business decisions related to the key aspects of the Canada Consumer financial performance. This position will drive business value by identifying and implementing process improvements by driving change in the end-to-end revenue cycle management process. The individual will work as part of the Regulated Go-To-Market team, however, will influence the goals and objectives of the Competitive Go-To-Market, Customer Management, Digital & Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Regulatory Affairs teams and the DELP / NRG service delivery teams.
